Fran-chan is Sad!

At long last, finished the Chinese law cartoon. Pretty shit series, only saving grace was Fran-chan.

You will need 720p version of HorribleSubs release to use this patch.
Put everything into a folder and run the *.bat file.

This release is based on localized names, cuz' I like em' vidiya gaems style.
